The Director of the Special Investigations Unit, Tony Loparco, has determined there are no reasonable grounds to lay criminal charges against any South Simcoe Police Service officer in relation to the serious injuries reportedly sustained by a 45-year-old man and 51-year-old woman during their arrests in July of 2017.
