Police seek public assistance locating missing woman

The Barrie Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating 23-year-old Jocelyn Elliot.

Jocelyn Elliot was reported missing to police on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018. Police and family members are concerned for her well-being, as her family has not heard from her since Friday, Oct. 5, 2018.

Jocelyn is described as:
    •    Female, Indigenous
    •    5’7”, 130 lbs., medium build
    •    Brown hair - long and straight
    •    Tattoos: right shoulder - rose; right chest - foot prints with name "Kai”; left hand - two symbols on left middle finger
