The Barrie Police Service is seeking the public's assistance in locating 53-year-old Kelly Collard.
Kelly was reported missing to police on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018. She was last seen early Thursday morning in the area of Park Place, located at 100 Mapleview Dr., Barrie.
Police and family members are concerned for her well-being, as her family has not heard from her since early Thursday morning.
Kelly is described as;
- 5,7”,160 lbs
- Brown/grey hair - short in length
- Blue eyes
- Wearing a black puffy jacket and carrying a blue duffel bag and pink purse.
