Barrie Police would like to thank those who shared information and the photo of missing person, Henry Lambert. The male has been located and concerned family members have been advised.

Barrie Police is currently looking for the public's assistance in locating a missing man from the Barrie area. 77-year-old Henry Lambert was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017 at 9 a.m. when he dropped a family member off at work.  

He was expected to return to his Barrie home, where he resides with family throughout the winter, but was not at the residence when family returned from work that evening.  

Description:

  • Male, white
  • 5'4", 178lbs
  • Grey coloured hair 
  • Last seen wearing black jeans, a black winter coat with a hood outlined in fur, a black shirt and black casual loafers

The male is believed to be driving a 2008 Black Hyundai Tuscon SUV with licence plate BRNT 527. During the summer months Henry resides in Dunchurch, a small community in the region of Parry Sound. 

Police are continuing their investigation at this time and wish for anyone who may have information on the male's whereabouts to please contact PC J Minke of the Barrie Police Service at 705-725-7025 ext. 2777 or an officer at the front desk at ext. 2112.
