TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.  

Daniel Ouellette is described as a caucasion male, 31 years of age, 5-foot-6 (170cm), 141 pounds (64Kg) with brown eyes, brown hair and a fair complexion. He has numerous tattoos on his hands, arms and chest.  

He is serving a two-year sentence for Operate Motor Vehicle While Disqualified x2, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Break-in Instruments, Break Enter and Commit, Theft Under and Take Motor Vehicle Without Consent.  

The offender is known to frequent Cambridge, Waterloo, Kitchener, Guelph, Hamilton, Toronto and Barrie, Ont.
