INNISFIL - A 32-year-old Innisfil man is charged with speeding and driving while under suspension following a traffic stop in Innisfil.
On Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019 at 9:50 a.m., an officer conducting speed enforcement on Yonge Street near 5th Line observed a vehicle travelling southbound at a high rate of speed.
The officer obtained a speed measurement of 122 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. Police conducted a traffic stop. Investigation revealed a driving suspension since 2009 and a horrendous driving history.
A 32-year-old Innisfil man was charged with speeding and drive under suspension. His vehicle was impounded for seven days.
