The Barrie Police Service has charged a 53-year-old Innisfil man with fraud after receiving reports of advertisements for roofing services from 'RJ' at 'The Perfect Roof' on online marketing sites. Once the victim has paid a deposit, and the work was barely started, the suspect disappeared with the money. After trying to contact the suspect to arrange for the work to be completed, the victim discovered that the address and company name provided don’t exist.
