Unlawfully In A Dwelling

BRADFORD — On August 26, 2016, a man entered his ex-girlfriends apartment in Bradford through an unlocked window. Police were called but the man fled before officers arrived. An arrest warrant was obtained. On Thursday, October 6, 2016, officers got a tip and located the man on Centre Street. A 28-year-old Bradford man was arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing charged with Unlawfully In A Dwelling.

WARN Range Suspension

INNISFIL — On Thursday, October 6, 2016, just after 9 p.m., a South Simcoe Police Traffic constable stopped a speeding car on 25 Sideroad in Alcona. While speaking with the driver, the officer noted the odour of alcohol on the man's breath. A roadside screening device test was conducted, resulting in a WARN. The 30-year-old Innisfil man had his licence suspended for 3 days. He was also charged with Speeding.

BRADFORD — On Friday, October 7, 2016, just before 5 a.m., a concerned citizen called South Simcoe Police to report a possibly impaired driver on Rak Court in Bradford. Officers arrived on scene to find a 24-year-old Bradford man asleep in the driver's seat of his car. A roadside screening device test was conducted, and the man's licence suspended for three days. He was also ticketed for having open alcohol in his vehicle.
