TOWNSHIP OF ESSA - On Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the Nottawsaga Detachment, Community Drug Team, assisted by the Drug Enforcement Unit ( DEU) of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act ( CDSA) search warrant at a residence in Angus.
As a result of this search, officers seized oxycodone and cocaine, and have charged a male person with possession for the purpose of trafficking x 2.
Also seized was cannabis marijuana and the same male has been charged with possession of a controlled drug x 2.
Charged is Brian Partridge, age 34, of Angus. He was released on a promise to appear.
