One person has suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision Friday afternoon in Oro-Medonte, north of Barrie.
Shortly before 1:30 p.m., May 12, emergency crews responded to the report of a two-vehicle crash on Old Barrie Road at Line 14.
One driver was taken to a local hospital before being airlifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre.
No other injuries were reported.
Old Barrie Road, from Line 15 to Line 13, and Line 14 to Highway 11 are closed for the investigation. Orillia OPP asks people to avoid the area.
