Driver of white SUV rear-ends Midland taxi, say police

Police are looking for the driver of the SUV who fled the scene of the collision

MIDLAND - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Southern Georgian Bay detachment are asking for your assistance to solve a fail to remain collision that happened around 1:40 a.m. on May 19, 2019 in the town of Midland. The suspect vehicle was observed by witness's traveling west bound on Elizabeth Street towards William.   

A taxi cab was struck from behind causing the suspect vehicle – described as a white SUV, possibly a Toyota Rav 4 – to leak fluid from its front end. The vehicle is suspected to have substantial front end damage. It was seen fleeing the scene of the collision driving in an erratic manner.
