ORILLIA - On Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter at a local business on Memorial Avenue in the City of Orillia.
Preliminary investigation revealed that on Nov. 28, 2017 approximately 8:50 p.m. the suspect's truck was observed on video in the parking lot of the business. Two males were observed exiting the vehicle and entering the yard of the business and then observed a short time later exiting with 2 boxes.
The vehicle is described as:
- White General Motors Vehicle, Silverado or Sierra
- Manufacturers badging appears to have been removed
- Distinct black rims
- Dark tinted windows
The Orillia OPP continues to investigate this incident. If anyone can identify the owner of this truck or if anyone witnessed this or has information regarding the circumstances they are encouraged to contact the Orillia OPP at 705-326-3536 or 1-888-310-1122.
