Charges announced against two more in coffee truck weed case

On Thursday Barrie Police seized 292 grams of Cannabis Marijuana, 27 Oxycodone pills, 11 grams of hash, along with digital scales and baggies

On Thursday we told you about the coffee truck driver accused of serving up marijuana.

Today police have announced charges against two more people.

The full list of charges follows:

A 53-year-old Oro-Medonte male was charged with:

  1. Trafficking- Marijuana 
  2. Trafficking- Cannabis Resin
  3. Trafficking- Oxycodone
  4. Trafficking- Buprenorphin
  5. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Marijuana
  6. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Cannabis Resin
  7. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Oxycodone
  8. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Buprenorphin
  9. Production of Cannabis Marijuana
  10. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana
  11. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Oxycodone
  12. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Cannabis Resin
  13. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Buprenorphine

A 24-year-old Oro-Medonte man was charged with:

  1. Production of Cannabis Marijuana 
  2. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana 
  3. Production of a Controlled Substance- Cannabis Resin (Shatter)
  4. Possession of a Controlled Substance- Psilocybin (mushrooms)   

A 50-year-old Oro-Medonte woman was charged with:

  1. Production of Marijuana
  2. Possession of Marijuana

A 20-year-old Oro-Medonte woman was charged with:

  1. Production of Marijuana
  2. Possession of Marijuana

All parties were released from the Barrie Police Service with a court date to answer to their charges next month.
