A Barrie man is facing impaired driving charges following a collision March 25 in Caledon.
Caledon OPP responded at about 9:35 p.m. to the report of a vehicle in the ditch along Highway 9 near Mountainview Road.
No injuries were reported.
A 61-year-old man has been charged with operation while impaired (alcohol) and operation while impaired (blood-alcohol concentration 80-plus). He is scheduled to appear April 13 in Orangeville court.
The vehicle he was driving has been impounded for seven days, and his licence has been suspended for 90 days.
