On the 02 October 2016 at approximately 1:51 a.m., police responded to a vehicle fire at an apartment building located on the west side of Midland.
The investigation revealed the male suspect lit the rear passenger side tire of the vehicle on fire causing severe damage to the vehicle.
Subsequently, the male party has been arrested and charged. The male has been held pending a Bail Hearing at the Barrie Court of Justice on the 03 October 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
Charged: Neil Gingrich, 56-years-old, of Midland, ON
Charge: Arson Damage to Property section 434 Criminal Code
