$10,000 reward offered following theft of safe from Braestone

Bandits broke glass in the kitchen and stole a safe from Braestone Country Club in Oro-Medonte at about 3 a.m., Aug. 29, police say

Members of the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are requesting assistance from the community to identify persons of interest from a break and enter to a local business on Line 11 North in Oro-Medonte.

On Aug 29, 2022, shortly after 2:55 a.m., Orillia OPP responded to an alarm call at the Braestone Country Club in Oro-Medonte. Upon arrival, police noted broken glass in the kitchen and a safe had been removed.

Police have obtained security footage of the persons of interest and are asking anyone who can identify the individuals to contact Orillia OPP at 705-326-3536 or 1-888-310-1122. You can also contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. A $10,000 reward is being offered for any information.
