It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Theresa Worobey on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. Will be sadly missed by her husband John of 59 years. Loving mother to Marianne Allison (Wayne), Peter Worobey (Kim), Gayanne Pennington (Monte predeceased). Dear grandmother to Jason (Cheryl-Lynn), Chandra, Joel, Todd, Kodi, Jessie (Steve Jr.), and great grandchildren; Tyler, Mia, Dakota, Colton, Faith. Cherished sister of Palm, Leah, late Anita, Mary, Marg, Sam, Joe, late Albert, Frank, Rand, Mario and Dom. She will be sadly missed by many other loved ones. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 1pm. Cremation to follow. Donations to St. Demetrius Ukranian Catholic Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
