Passed away peacefully on March 22, 2017 at the age of 87 years. Beloved mother of Lorraine Shantz. Loving Omi of Nicole (Julien) and Jeremy (Christine). Dear sister of Agnes Roeser and her family and the late Hella Braun. Mary worked for a number of years at Electrohome and both before and after retiring she was a vendor at the Kitchener Market selling small treasures such as painted rocks and hand painted greeting cards. As per Mary’s wishes, there will not be a public service. Arrangements entrusted to Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes. Donations in her memory can be made to the Kitchener Cat Shelter.
