WEAVER, Eleanor Irene

Peacefully at Barrie Manor on March 5, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Frederick (pre-deceased 2017). Dear mother of Joanne Weaver and Jennifer (Mike) Weaver. Proud grandmother of Daniel Lipka, Michelle Lipka (Matt), Lisa Lipka (Jordan) and great grandmother of Elyse and Paisley. Sadly missed by long time friend Dan Lipka. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, Ontario on Friday March 9, from 7 to 9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will take place the following day, Saturday March 10, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie starting at 10 am. Following cremation, interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Thornhill.
