Peacefully at the Caressant Care Centre, Lindsay, on April 13, 2016, in her 94th year. Marguerite Ellen Watson (Third) of Stroud, beloved wife of the late Nelson Watson. Honoured mother of Donna Beaton (Robert) of Lindsay, Linda Henry (late John) of Sunderland, and Sharon Gould (Harold) of Lindsay. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 10. Pre-deceased by brothers Joseph of Severn Bridge, George and Norman of Harriston, Harold of Holland Landing, and by her sister Annie Ayerst of Stroud. Friends and family will be welcomed at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie on Thursday April 21, 2016, from 11 am until the time of service in the Chapel at 1 pm. Guests are invited to remain for a reception luncheon prior to interment at Sixth Line Cemetery in Innisfil. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Marguerite’s memory may be made to the Arthritis Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
