It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing on August 27, 2016, of Doug. He will be greatly missed by his wife Shirley (nee Thompson), daughter Cathy Brucki (Ted), sons David (Elaine) and Scott (David Koo). Grandchildren Jeff, Trish, Ashley, Hudson, Sarah, Meg, and Ben. Great grandfather of Hayden, Charlotte, and Allison. Family and friends will be received for the complete funeral service on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. The family will host a luncheon at their home immediately following the service.
