Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, on Aug 19, 2017, Helen Turnbull Brown, in her 93rd year, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.
Beloved wife of her devoted husband, Bill Brown, loving mother of the late Barry Turnbull (Marnie) OAkville, Keith Turnbull (Mary) Barrie, Dennis Turnbull (Sharon) Richmond, BC, Susan Stout (Kevin), Walkerton, her step-children Deborah Scott (Tony) Australia & Darryl Brown (Mardel) Calgary, cherished Nana to Greg, jeff, Hilary, Erin, Stacey, DJ, Lauren, Rory, Adam, Kayt, Kerrien & Brandon & great-Nana to Sheridan, Camry, Emmerson, Avery, Declan, Solaia, & Everleigh. Survived by her sister, Minnie & brother Osborne both of Nova Scotia
She is past president of St Mary's catholic women's league & chairperson for many years of the White Ribbon against Pornography campaign.
She will miss the fun & laughs she so looked forward to with the ladies of her Monday afternoon card group.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's memory to Hospice Simcoe or the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.
