Passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the age of 78. Beloved mother of Kim McCallum (Scott), Debbie Tracey (Radhames), and the late Steven Tracey. Cherished grandmother to Connor, Brooke and Hayley McCallum. Dear sister to Mickey, Chris and Ger Newton and predeceased by her brothers Steve, Brian and Dan Newton. Peggie will be loved and remembered by her sisters-in-law Rosalie, Linda, Jean, Debbie and Debra. She left many good friends who will miss her dearly also. A visitation will be held at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 10 o’clock a.m. with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall. A private family interment will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Barrie. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
