Beverly Ann Thomas (nee Pyefinch) passed away peacefully at RVH in Barrie on January 8th, 2019 in her 83rd year.
She was born on January 19, 1936 in Ottawa to her parents John and Rhoda Pyefinch both deceased.
Loving mother to Daniel Thomas and Heather Thomas (Marc) of Barrie. Proud grandmother of Susan Thomas (Derek Higgins) and great grandmother to Jacey Higgins and Karter Higgins all from Orillia.
Beverly was a wonderful sister to Donald Pyefinch(Norma) of Grimsby and Richard Pyefinch (Brenda) of Oshawa. Aunt Bev will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Beverly was predeceased by her brother Barrie PyeFinch (Clare) and infant daughter.
She will be missed by her many friends she has made throughout the years as well as her furry companions Cookie, Honey and Toffee.
A special thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses on the cancer floor, cardiac floor and dialysis unit at RVH who cared for her.
Cremation has already taken place. A celebration of Beverly’s life will follow later in the spring.
