SYED, Jebreil

After a courageous battle with cancer, Jebreil left this earth peacefully on Wednesday February 7th, 2018 at the age of 28 and surrounded by family. Beloved son of Arlene Chee Foon and Mohammed Syed, step-son of Stephen Robins, and loving brother of Omarr, Alexia, Nicholas, Nadia, Tyler, Aliya, Alex and Caroline. Jebreil will be sadly missed by his grandmother Vilma, sister-in-law Kimberly, nephew Xavier, and nieces Kasiyah (God daughter) and Zahria.

All are invited to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie on Sunday, February 11th, 2018 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm for viewing, with a funeral service to be held on Monday February 12th at 11 a.m, at the St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie . Following the interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, guests are invited to return to the Parish Hall at St. John Vianney for a celebration of Jebreil’s life. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto would be appreciated.
