Bruce John of St Thomas, passed away on Monday, July 25th, 2022 at the age of 66.
Beloved partner of Carol Wiacek (Janes). Loved father of Tisha, John (Heidi) and Elizabeth Lewis (Nathan). Loved papa to Korrina, Abby, Falyn, Noah, Sebastian, Heath, Bryce, Clint, Hannah, Carter, Haley, Colton, Nathan and Lyla and great papa to Emilie and Teagan. Dear brother to Carol Verstraten (late Corry), Sandi Schneider, Brian Schneider, Jo-Anne Johnson (Blair), Doug Schneider (Terry) and late David (Glenda). Sadly missed by his special family, Scott Wiacek (Andrea) and Steven Wiacek (Andrea) and a number of nieces and nephews.
Bruce was born in Barrie on August 2nd, 1955, son of the late Milton and Kathleen (Jones) Schneider. Bruce worked for Buntin Reid Paper Company for 33 years.
At Bruce’s and the family’s request, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place at Angus Union Cemetery, 60 Vernon Street, Angus, ON on Saturday, August 6th 2022 at 12noon. All are welcome to attend.
