Passed away unexpectedly at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Beverley for 54 years. Cherished father of Alison and Sarah. Dear brother of Shirley Atkinson, Georgina Lackey, Carol Rix and predeceased by Margaret Sinclair and Donald Rix. Predeceased by parents James and Christena Rix. Friends may call at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 2 p.m. until time of funeral in the Chapel at 3 p.m. A celebration of Allan’s life will be held in Ottawa at a later date.
