Born sleeping at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Friday, January 22, 2016. Raleigh will be forever loved and remembered by his heart broken parents Nicole and Darryl, and his brother Tayven. Left to mourn are grandparents Patricia and Gary Page, Les and Linda Boyd, Carolyn and the late Robert Smitten. Nephew to Tammie and Andrew; Katelin and Steve; Danielle; Steve; and will be missed by many family and friends.
