Passed peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, on October 12, 2016 in her 96th year. Evelyn, predeceased by her husband Gordon, son David, and granddaughter Charmaine. Will be sadly missed by her sons Albert Pridham (Marie) and Tom Pridham (Margie), by her 7 grandchildren Mark, Dana, Mike, Michelle, Emily, Edward, and Alex and by her 8 great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Jenny, Josh, Christian, Brooke, Haley, Hannah and Owen. Special thanks to Dr. Roy Hyslop, the nurses of respiratory ward, and the staff at IOOF for her excellent care. Friends and family will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Homes, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Saturday, October 22, 2016 for a service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to IOOF or OSPCA and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
