Passed away unexpectedly at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the age of 62. Loved daughter of the late Clifford and Margaret Phoenix and sister Barbara Lynn Rausch. Loved sister of Bonnie (Robert) Johnstone and Beverley (Adam) McDougall. Cherished aunt of Rhonda, Michelle, Angela, Dannelle, Joelle, Lana, Kiara, Jamie, and Vincent; great aunt and great-great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Betty will be forever loved and remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
