Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the age of 85.  Beloved wife of the late Henry Oliver “Ollie” Perkins. Cherished mother of Diane Thompson (Bill), Larry (Andrew Mogg), Debbie Skilton (Harvey), Harry (Donna), Douglas, and Darlene. Loving grandmother of Joe Thompson (Beth), Jeff Thompson (Jessica) Vincent and Steven McCann, Dylan Thompson, Krista Perkins, Kerri Thomson (Keith), Harry Perkins (Amanda), and Daylan Perkins. Great grandmother to Logan Thompson, Easton and Bennett Thomson. Dear sister of Paul Dobson (Reta) and Peter Dobson (Rosalind). Sadly missed by her nephew Nathan Dobson and dearest friend Myriam Ujakovic. Friends and family will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and again on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. with funeral service to follow at 11 o’clock a.m. A reception will be held at the funeral home following the interment service at Barrie Union Cemetery.
