PAPP-BELAYNEH, Margaretta

After a courageous battle, Margaretta passed peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018 at the age of 72. Loving wife of Tamerat Belayneh. Dear sister of Gabriella Massey (Wayne) and Thom Papp (Lisetta). Will be sadly missed by her best friend Kim, her nieces and nephews, her puppies, Bibi and Mabie, and by many friends and colleagues from her 49 years as a nurse and teaching career at the University of Kingston, Jamaica. Visitation will take place at the Hi-Way Pentecostal Church, 50 Anne Street N., Barrie on Friday, March 9th, 2018 from 10:30 am until the time of service at 11:30 am, with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. In lieu of flowers, donations to breast cancer via the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
