Promoted to glory on November 23, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of Dr. G. H. (Harry) Nunn for 61 years. Loving mother of Ruth Ann (Terry) Evans, Harry (Karen) Nunn, Stephen (Stephanie) Nunn, and pre-deceased by her son, Timothy Nunn. Dear Grandma/”Nanny” to Jeremy (Danièle) Evans and Robbyn Evans; Ashley (Tim) Leamont, Ami Nunn, and Hannah (Jacob) Walford; Josh (Brianna) Nunn, Brittany Nunn, Ellie Nunn, and Timothy Nunn. Wonderful great-grandmother/”G.G.” to Owen and Zoé Evans; Cole and Reese Leamont; and Charlotte, Elijah, and Luke Nunn. Ruth is the eldest sister of Esther (Charles) Catchpole, Miriam (Robert) Reynolds, Judith (Burt) Bullard; and pre-deceased by her older brother, Stephen Bohrer, and parents, Walter and Virginia Bohrer. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Road, Barrie, from 10am until the time of the complete chapel service at 11am. Reception to follow.
