Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at RVH on Thursday January 5, 2017 at the age of 92. Loving mother of Ursula (Don), Doris (Paul), Helga (Guenther), and Fran (James). Beloved Oma of Sean (Kristine), Jonathan, Christopher, Nicole, and Natalie. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at RVH for their care and compassion. She will be treasured and missed by all, but there is comfort in knowing that she is now at rest with the Lord. Ich liebe dich, Frau. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday January 11, 2017 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.
