On Saturday March 9, 2019, Bud Moore, loving husband of 58 years as well as father and grandfather passed away peacefully at the age of 81 at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario after a sudden and unexpected illness. Bud was born on December 18, 1937 in Sudbury, Ontario, spending much of his childhood in his much beloved Barwick, Ontario. Born to John Mortimer (Jip) and Olive Jane (Wilson) Moore and married to Joyce Bonus on August 13, 1960. Bud was father to John and Shelley, proud grandpa to Joseph (son of Andre and Shelley) and step grandpa Wow to Katelynn. Bud is survived by his wife, children and grandson as well as sister Janis and her husband Jack. He is preceded in death by sisters Joan and Anne. Bud will also be missed deeply by many nieces and nephews and well as other family and close friends. Bud was a passionate, long time veteran in the Ontario car industry working until just weeks before his sudden illness. He was well known for his expertise, loyalty, passion, energy, quick wit and his love for his many Shitzu pets. Friends may call at the INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME, 7910 Yonge Street (Stroud) on Friday, March 22, 2019 from 12 noon until the time of memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
