Peacefully, in her 96th year, at the Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie on Saturday, January 6th, 2018. Shirley McMullen (nee Johnson), wife of the late Marvin McMullen and the late George Gallop. Much loved mother of Michael Gallop and his wife, Irene Buckley. Loving grandmother of Christopher and Scott, and great grandmother of Macy. Sister of the late Dorothy Neal. Friends may call at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie, on Wednesday, January 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, with service taking place on Thursday, January 11th at 11 am, followed by a reception luncheon in the Lounge. Cremation has taken place. The family would like to take this opportunity to extend their heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff at Mill Creek Care Centre for their dedication and compassion.
