After a most courageous battle, Carol passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, May 5, 2017 at her home by the lake. Carol will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Murray, loving children Michael and Sarah, daughter-in-law Christine, son-in-law Anthony and grandchildren Rowan, Thompson and Baby Sutton. She will also be missed by her brothers, John Michael and Robert Corlis, her sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews and her many friends and colleagues.
Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie onTuesday, May 9 2017 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. A funeral service to commemorate Carol's life will take place on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home at 2:00 pm in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catulpa Community Support Services and the Barrie Bayside Mission in honour of Carol.
