Peacefully passed at Hospice Simcoe on Sunday, November 22nd, 2020 at the age of 61 years. Loving son of Cathie (nee Nicol) and the late James McCann (1980). Dear brother of Gerald McCann and Catherine (Bruce) McTurk. Proud uncle of Liam, Scott, Fraser, Allister and great uncle to Gordon, Claire and Van. Brother-in-law of Sandy. Will be missed by extended family members and many dear friends.
A private visitation will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worlsey St., Barrie, on Saturday, November 28th, 2020 at 12 p.m. with the service to occur at 1 p.m. Please note that facial coverings as well as physical distancing and gathering restrictions are mandatory. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kevin’s memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe or to the University Hospital in Toronto (transplant department) and are greatly appreciated by the family.
