MARLING, Bert

Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband of Louise Marling (Heatherington). Loved father of Jeffery (Kelly), Michael (Corley), Abby Bartlett (John), and predeceased by their mother Marie (nee Black). Cherished grandfather of Griffin, Noah, Sawyer, Oliver, Benjamin, Tessa, and Julia. Dear brother of David (Barb), the late Glen (Brenda), Shirley Perreault (Paul), Allan (Wilma), and Janice Gale (Bruce). Bert will be forever remembered and loved by his step children Justin and Aaron Heatherington, extended family, friends and colleagues. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME 445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 22, 2016 at  11 o’clock a.m. Family interment at Thornton Union Cemetery will be held at a later time.
