MANN, Stephanie

Stephanie Rae Hamilton Mann, 23, of Midland, Ont., passed away in her daddy's arms at RVH on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was born September 30, 1993 to Harry Mann and Julie Weaver. She had been fighting pneumonia and a lung infection since October of last year. Survived by her parents Harry & Julie, her loving siblings Jennifer Mann & Scott Wilhelm and her niece, Charlotte Dodge- Wilhelm. Stephanie lived with a neuro muscular disease called Myotonic Dystrophy. At birth, she was born 2 months premature and weighing only 4 pounds. Doctors said she wouldn't survive the night she was born, but Stephanie proved she was fighter right from the start. Growing up, Stephanie was a feisty strong-willed kid; she knew what she wanted and she went for it. You could often find her inches away from the TV shouting "Grease is the Word", or dancing her heart out to some classic ABBA tunes. She was so passionate about movies, music and books. Stephanie truly touched the lives of everyone she came into contact with. She was a tender-hearted, soft soul. She will be greatly missed by so many. Service details are pending at this time.
