Peacefully in Collingwood on August 25, 2016 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Joseph MacNeil. Dear mother of Dan (Marilyn McKnight), Vince and Ferial, Bob (Heidi), Alisa, and many foster children. Predeceased by son Timothy. Survived by sister Susan. Proud grandmother of Jason, Christopher, Ereth, Christina, Cameron, Kati, Bobby, Sara, Quentin, Tyler, Tess and Kayla. Millie will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family, church, and many foster children she raised over the years. Guests will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie, on Tuesday August 30, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A mass of Christian burial will take on Wednesday August 30, at St. John Vianney Church, 13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie, starting at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary's catholic cemetery.
