Don spent his career working in the field of computer information technology in Toronto and Simcoe County.  He proudly volunteered as a driver for the Canadian Cancer Society, as a tour guide on the Edwardian Museum Ship S.S. Keewatin, and as the leader of the Tech Team at Grace United Church.  Don and Marnie loved to camp, travel, canoe, and spend time together with family and friends.

The family wishes to thank Dr Ben Burt and the team in the Integrated Stroke Unit at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, the team at the RVH dialysis clinics, and the compassionate staff and volunteers at Hospice Simcoe.  Don’s family sincerely appreciates the ongoing support and love received by family, friends and the congregation of Grace United Church.

A family funeral service will take place on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 1:00pm at Grace United Church.  Please check Don’s obituary on the Adams Funeral Home website for details of a Celebration of Life Reception for family and friends to be held July 26 in the afternoon.

Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe, RVH Foundation, or Ontario Provincial Parks would be appreciated by the family.
