LORR, Stanley 'Stan" Frank

Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the age of 80. Loving husband of Vinnie. Cherished dad of Christine, Michael (Dawn), and Bill (Lucy). Proud grandfather of Alexandra, Ryan (Lacey), Matthew and Daniel. Extremely proud great-grandfather of Myles. Stan devoted 34 years at North York Regional Fire Department. He loved spending time with his family, cooking and anything to do with the Toronto Blue Jays. He had a big heart, was very loving, caring, generous and above all adored his wife and family. Stan was known as Papa to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank all friends and extended family who have helped over the last few weeks with their love and support and helping us through our loss. Also thank you to the amazing doctors and nurses at RVH for their compassionate care given to Stan over the last difficult days. Memorial donations to RVH Cancer Care Centre would be appreciated by the family.
