(February 26, 1948 – May 11, 2016) - Peacefully on Wednesday, May 11th, 2016. Survived by wife Susanne (Sue) Lillie of 41 years. Will be missed by daughter Meredith of Barrie. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Lovingly remembered by his close friends and family as “Kip”. Christopher was a cameraman at CBC for close to 40 years, known by his colleagues as “Steam”. At times you could find him canoeing at his cottage in Lost Channel on Severn River. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Child and Youth Mental Health. A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. “We are now on different journeys but still carrying each other.” Arrangements entrusted to Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home.
