LEWIS, William 'Bill'

Passed peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Friday, July 8, 2016 in his 68th year. Loving husband of Pat Lewis. Honoured father of Tammy Lalomalec (Sylvain), Laurie Rank (Doug), Matt Lewis (Jane), Lori Robbins, Jim Lewis (Dawn), Mark Boehm, Tom Boehm and Kelly Lewis. Cherished grandfather of Jake, Chloé, Cheyanne, Mark, William, Jadon, Alex, Natasha, Michael, Jordan, Emma and Ella. Will be sadly missed by his sister Ellen Chiasson (Leonard), niece Tori, nephews Derek and Dale, as well as many lifelong friends. Visitation will be held at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie on Tuesday, July 12 from 7 pm to 9 pm and on Wednesday from 11 am until the time we celebrate Bill’s life in the chapel at 1 pm. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception luncheon in the lounge. In lieu of flowers, donations to ALS Canada or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
