It is with great sadness the family announces Harvey's passing, on August 16, 2018; in his 97th year. Beloved husband of Betty Aileen (nee: McLeod) for 68 years. Loving father of Cathy Shelswell (Harold) and Lynda Roe (Randall). Cherished grandfather of Jerald Roe (Lindsey), Nicholas Shelswell (Jodie) and Daniel Roe (Jenni). Proud great grandfather of Emma, Abby, Ryan, Charlotte, Bristol, Bronson, Kate, Lucas and Cooper. Survived by his sisters Mary Rutherford & Marlene Morley and predeceased by siblings Arthur, Irene Quail, Elmer, Almeda Garbutt and George. A private family service has taken place. In memory of Harvey, memorial donations to the S.P.C.A. - Orillia Branch or the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated
