It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gaston Latour announce his passing on Saturday, September 17th, 2016 in his 91st year, in Barrie, Ontario. Beloved husband and best friend of Leona for 70 years. Cherished father of Rozanne (Bjorn), Patrick (Beverly), Fred (Christel), and Kristine (David). Loving grandfather to Erick, Stephen, Aaron, Nathan, Aileen, Kurt, Alex, Rob, and Carolyn. He will also be sadly missed by his 10 great grandchildren. Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street in Barrie on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 11 am until the time we celebrate Gaston’s life in the chapel at 12 pm.
