KENNEDY, Dorothy

Passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, in her 89th year. Pre-deceased by her husband, James Andrew Kennedy of 56 years (2004). Loving mother of Dan (Sharon) of Oro-Medonte, Donna Herradine (Al) of Oro-Medonte, and Sharon Hebner of Barrie. Cherished grandmother of Jason Kennedy (Jennifer), Crystal Kennedy, Andy Harradine (Keri), Holly Maisine (David), Darl Hebner, and James Hebner; and great-grandmother of Aalyah, Abby, Megan, Landan, Kayleigh, Liam, Colby, and Kylie. Pre-deceased by brothers Harold, Harrison, Bobby, Eddie, and Donny, and sisters Marjorie, and Patsy. A Funeral Service will be at FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, 550 Grove Street East, Barrie on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11 o’clock a.m. with a reception to follow. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Private family only interment will be held at Barrie Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
