JEWITT, William 'Bill'

Suddenly at home on Thursday, April 26th, 2018 at the age of 68. Loving husband of Brenda for 12 years. Honoured father of Paula Jewitt (Ned Fojs), Ashley Richardson (Jamie), William Jewitt (Lilly) and step-father to Ryan Racicot (Sonya). Cherished grandfather to Kaelan, Shyla, Jolene, Parker, Portia and Paislee. Will be sadly missed by his furry children, Ariel, Bear, Sara-Fina and especially by Bonkers the cat, as well as many long-time friends and colleagues through his 20-year trucking career with Grand & Toy and Muskoka Delivery, and his passion of drumming and singing in his band, “Klasik”. Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Rd., Barrie on Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 from 7-9 pm and on Wednesday, May 2nd from 9 am until the time we celebrate Bill’s life in the Chapel at 11 am. Following the service, guests are invited to remain for a reception luncheon in the Lounge. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
