Elaine passed away at Whispering Pines Retirement Residence, Barrie on Friday, January 20, 2017 at the age of 79. Loving and devoted wife of the late Charles (Chuck) Howarth. Sister of Mike Rowe and his wife Nancy Chesser. Beloved mother of Heather Nielsen (Jamie), and Vic Howarth (Mandy). Cherished gramma to Ashley, Jenn, Tasha and Charlie. Bonus gramma to Cailah. Great gramma kitty to Hayden, Riley and Gracie. As well as all her grand dogs past and present.
Elaine will be missed by all who’s life she touched in so many ways.
